Unfortunately, Cerber 4.1.1, just like 4.1.0 version, cannot be decrypted. It is an adamant ransomware, and the encryption algorithm it uses seems to be uncrackable. This virus gets inside the computer system without being noticed because it uses advanced concealment techniques. Its activity reminds the activity of a Trojan horse, and it means its activity is entirely illegal. Sadly, scammers seem to be high-level IT experts because they manage to stay anonymous and generate money by creating new Cerber versions and sending them out to random computer users. If you wish to learn more about this version of Cerber, please read a full report here: Cerber 4.1.1 ransomware virus. How to Remove? (Uninstall Guide).
