Hi guys! I think that I’m infected. I keep receiving “Ads by EasyCalendar” that either inform me about coupons or prompt to update software. Once I accidentally clicked on the pop-up that warned me about missing Java update. I’m I in danger?

Thank you for your question! EasyCalendar is a relatively new computer threat. Fortunately, it's not a severe computer infection. It can affect computer's web browsers, install a plug-in on all web browsers and start initiating advertisements and redirects.
It seems that EasyCalendar ads that you have been exposed to have been involved in the distribution of other PUPs. Thus, clicking on a fake Java update might have helped another adware or PUP enter your computer. Therefore, if you want to check that and stop misleading advertisements from appearing, we highly recommend you to install/update SpyHunter and run a full system scan with it.
