Malware beeping noise and message me to call for assistance. I’ve removed this before but can’t this time. Seems to have modified Windows defender to not run. I see red.

If you cannot eliminate the virus automatically using the Windows defender, you can try other software such as FortectIntego. Also, you may try the manual tech-support scam virus removal using the instructions provided at the end of the previously given article.
