I tried to delete Springserve virus manually by deleting all suspicious extensions from the browser. However, these ads are keep showing up. I checked extensions again, but nothing bad was there… What did I do wrong?

Uninstalling browser extensions only may not be enough to remove Springserve virus entirely. First of all, you need to find and delete unknown applications from the Programs list in the Control Panel. Then, you need to delete all suspicious browser extensions, add-ons or plugins from each of the browser installed on your device. What is more, you should also reset web browsers. If you want, you can try to perform manual removal again by following our prepared instructions here. However, it would be easier to use an anti-malware program and simply scan the computer. It will detect and delete all entries that you have left.
