Hello there is this “Deadly virus” on my computer that does not allow me to open files! It says that all files have been encrypted with AES-256 encryption and that I must pay money to unlock them. It also says that it is Deadly for a good purpose! What the hell is going on? Why is this virus on my computer and what can I do to revert these nasty changes? I want my files back!

It is a destructive virus that encrypts personal data in order to blackmail the victim and make him/her pay a ransom. Please, do not pay the ransom, especially if you have a data backup. Remove Deadly virus using an anti-malware tool and then import files from a backup. You can also try data recovery techniques provided in the article that we have mentioned earlier.
