We are sorry to hear your computer has been hijacked by a ransomware. However, you should not lose hope. You can delete the virus AND try recovering the locked files. The first thing you need to do is get rid of the virus. Obtain some reputable antivirus tool, like FortectIntego and scan your system with it. It should automatically detect all the malicious files and delete them.
