There is a way to remove the lockscreen and recover your data, but you need professional help to analyze the virus code on your device. We do not recommend doing it yourself because you may damage your system even more. What you can do, however, is remove ElGato malicious files from the phone. You need to run your device in safe mode and scan the system with a reliable antivirus tool, for instance, FortectIntego. This should help remove the lockscreen issue but, sadly, does not guarantee file recovery.
