I just want to report about fake PhishAlert ads. I have installed this program along with a download manager believing that it can work as a second protection. however, then it has started blocking relevant websites, including Facebook, Amazon, and so on. On top of that, it started showing lots of ads. This virus costed me lots of nerves!

We would like to advise you to pay more attention to the freeware's installation process the next time. Freewares are getting more and more involved in the PUP distribution, so not paying attention to Advanced or Custom settings may lead to installation of PhishAlert and other cyber threats. It's true that this adware can block websites that are reliable. That's because PhishAlert virus is not capable to distinguish which websites are fraudulent, so to create an impression that it's reliable, it reports about phishing attacks just randomly. It's a pity that you had to go through this experience. We hope that you have already removed this program from your PC. If you did not, then our advise would be to use SpyHunter.
