So I turn on my PC and guess what I find… It turns out it has been infected with A_Princ@aol.com ransomware!! What is my next step? I know I should do something NOW, so I look forward to your quick answer.
P.s: some of my files have been encrypted already

A_Princ@aol.com ransomware is a virus you should better not be dealing with on your own. This infection is especially dangerous and handling it carelessly can be damaging to your PC. We have a solution though. You can remove A_Princ@aol.com virus safely using reputable antivirus software, such as FortectIntego. There is one "but". It might be that this virus will try to interfere with your security software just to remain on the computer longer and encrypt more files. Disconnecting your computer from the network may help block some of the malicious virus processes, but if this does not help, you can try following the instructions provided at the end of the virus description we have recently posted.
