Unfortunately, an official and safe to use Scarab decryptor is not available yet. However, we do not recommend paying the ransom to cyber criminals. After the attack, you should get rid of the virus using antivirus or malware removal software (click for removal instructions) and try alternative recovery tools and methods.
One of the tools that can help after the attack is Data Recovery Pro. But keep in mind that it's not an actual decryptor, so it may restore only some of the encrypted files. Some of the encrypted files can also be restored using ShadowExplorer or using Windows Previous Versions feature. The explanation how to obtain and use these tools is presented here.
