My computer has been infected with malware, and now my browser sends me messages saying

Your Hard drive will be DELETED if you close this page. You have zeus virus

It says that i’m supposed to call 18559999246 for help. Should I? It’s a new computer no idea how could I catch some viruses. Maybe these pop-ups are deceptive?
