Hi, my computer has been compromised by a severe virus that encrypted all my files and added joker_lucker@aol.com.wallet file extensions to them. Is it possible to decrypt joker_lucker@aol.com.wallet files somehow? I’d love to get access to my OWN files again, thanks.

Sadly, joker_lucker@aol.com.wallet file extension virus is an updated CrySiS variant that is currently undecryptable. According to cyber criminals, the decryption software they offer can restore your files, but we do not recommend you to buy it because:
1) it costs a fortune;
2) there is no evidence that it works;
3) criminals might never send it to you at all.
Therefore, we suggest using backups to recover encrypted data.
