There is this black window on my computer and it displays a message but I cannot understand the meaning of it. It is written in such a bad English that I cannot understand what this virus wants me to do. Can you just explain to me how to remove DummyEncrypter virus? That would be great.

DummyEncrypter virus is a fake ransomware. However, some malware researchers claim that it is a real virus, although we believe it is not. Close the ransomware screen locker by clicking on "I know, close this dialog" button. Then check if you can open your files - if you can, just remove DummyEncrypter virus using an anti-malware tool.
