Omg, I think I have just opened a malicious file!!!! I found this Help_Recover_Instructions.txt file on my computer, and ever since I opened it, I cannot open the rest of my files! I am scared – I used to keep a lot of important documents on my computer, I need them, it would be a catastrophe if I would lose them forever! What should I do? That text file said that I must pay to recover my data, and I am ready to pay to get my files back, I don’t care if I need to. I was just wondering if there is any way to fix everything without paying the ransom? Please, answer immediately. This computer threat has set a timer for me, so I must pay in time in case there is no way to fix my computer…

Unfortunately, we have to say that it is quite impossible to decrypt the encrypted data without a decryption key; however, it does not mean that you should pay the ransom. We highly doubt that cyber criminals that are associated with Help_Recover_Instructions virus will waste their time and help you to recover lost records; most likely they are going to take your money and forget about you. That is why you should not pay the ransom.
