Lock2017 ransomware virus is a malicious computer infection that cripples personal files stored on a computer system. Sadly, this procedure can be reversed only with a tool held by ransomware authors. This is why they want you to write to one of the provided emails and learn how to get this tool. We can tell you what they are going to ask you - they will ask you to buy a certain amount of Bitcoins and send them to their wallet. However, it doesn't mean that criminals will be willing to help you even if you pay the ransom. We are strictly against ransoms, and we do not believe that criminals provide decryption keys to victims. According to research, even 20% of victims never get their files back after paying the ransom.
If you have a data backup, use it. But before you plug the data storage device into the compromised computer, remove Lock2017 ransomware first. You can find Lock2017 removal instructions here: Lock2017 ransomware virus. How to Remove? (Uninstall Guide).
