Regarding mystartsearch norton and avast did fail. None of them detected this hijacker. I can’t remove the home page mystartsearch.com and this process HpUI.exe in taskmanager. I searched online but I think it even manipulates the search results, and I can’t find a solution online. Can someone please help???
