Basically, you have two options now:
1. You can pay the ransom to cyber-criminals and expect to get your files back (NOT RECOMMENDED)
2. You can remove the virus completely using the manual removal method (instructions are provided here) or automatically (download anti-malware software, e.g., FortectIntego) and then try to recover your files from a backup.
