Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we cannot help you with this problem just yet because CrystalCrypt virus has not been decrypted yet. What you can do, though, is try to recover your files manually. We provide the instructions on how to do that at the end of this article: CrystalCrypt ransomware virus. How to remove?
Keep in mind that you will have to remove CrystalCrypt from your computer before taking up the elimination. FortectIntego should serve well for this purpose.
