You should definitely install an anti-malware program because that is exactly the reason why RAA ransomware was able to infect your computer without hindrance. Unfortunately, it is not possible to decrypt files when RAA ransomware encrypts them without paying the ransom. What is more, there is no guarantee that you will recover your data because cybercriminals might not be willing to send the decryption tool to you.
RAA virus is a complicated program, and to remove it, you have to use an anti-malware program, because even very experienced IT specialists find it hard to remove ransomware manually.
