I am running dual boot with Linux mint12-Windows 8. How can I scan all 17 partitions on my 2TB hard drive with one anti-spyware application from Linux?
I run windows only on apps not available on Linux, mostly “citrix online webinars”.
What anti-spyware and other security programs do you recommend for Linux Mint?
Thank You!

Basically, every OS has its own anti-virus, so the easiest solution in your case would be to use two separate antiviruses.
However, you can scan your Windows drive for viruses using Linux as well. For that, you should try to mount windows drive in any linux distribution and launch your Linux anti-virus to scan that mounted drive. Our recommended scanners are: ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4 for Linux, Avast for Linux, ClamAV or Bitdefender. Besides, have you heard of the Unilicense from ESET antivirus? This tool is supposed to help people protect multiple OS installed on one computer..
Good luck!
