I am unable to uninstall the program. On start-up, I cannot go to internet for an hour when SugarSync is backing up my files on start up. Now I lost my entire Start Up Menu and cannot uninstall programs or shut down from the start menu. Going into Safe Mode does not help.

For recovering your Start Menu, try these options:
1. Open Task Manager by hitting Ctrl+alt+Delete, and look for explorer.exe process. If you can't find this process, go to File > New Task (or run) and type in 'explorer.exe ' without commas. Don't forget to click OK to save these changes.
2. Scan your PC with FortectIntego or STOPzilla to make sure that your PC is free of malware. Try both of these programs if the problem continues to appear.
