I have already asked this but will repeat it – my problem is unusual because it is my husband who is the perpetrator maliciously controlling all our family devices to access his chat rooms, and other illicit sites. He makes use of remote Bluetooth devices to attack our network and computers in addition to the internet

Indeed, your problem is unusual. However, we can only recommend trying to unpair all Bluetooth devices, which your husband might be using, from your computer and other devices. You can do that by following these steps:
1. In the notification area click on Bluetooth icon and choose "Show Bluetooth Devices."
2. Right-click on the device in the window and choose either "Remove." or "Remove Device" command.
Additionally, you can install powerful and reputable antivirus or anti-malware software (e.g. FortectIntego, Malwarebytes) to protect your device from various cyber attacks.
Best regards,
