It might be that you haven't eliminated each of its files and they cause the reappearance of Shine Saver ads on your computer. Such activity is normal for adware-type programs, browser hijackers and potentially unwanted programs. Fortunately, you can eliminate every file that belongs to Shine Saver application. For that, make sure you uninstall all questionable entries from the Task Manager and suspicious extensions from each of web browsers.
