hello, apprently aftter i installed some file, i have noticed that i cant open anyfile anymore.
then, the browser open up, and i saw the Spora ransom site.
they encrypted my files and want a ransom for it..
do you think your antivirous work in this kind of problem?

First of all, we want to discourage you from paying the ransom. It may not be an effective way to get back access to your files. We highly recommend installing reputable antivirus or malware removal program and running a full system scan. You can find detailed instructions how to remove the virus from the computer in the article Spora ransomware virus. How to Remove? (Uninstall Guide). However, virus elimination will not recover encrypted files. Unfortunately, Spora decrypter hasn't been created yet. However, if you have data backups, you can recover files from them, or you can try additional data recovery methods presented in the previously mentioned article. We cannot assure that these methods will help to recover all your files. Hopefully, some of them will be restored.
