Thank you for your question. It seems that you are dealing with the "Positive Ad" adware program. It is also labeled as a potentially unwanted program (PUP). This program initiates enormously annoying activity on the infected PC. It can send you pop-up ads whenever you open a new page in the web browser, it can inject banners on the websites that you visit, and such ads usually claim that you need to "Install [software name] to review the content." You should not fall for such deceptive messages. "Positive Ad" PUP seeks to convince you to install third-party software and gay pay-per-install revenue from its affiliates. Be aware of the fact that some of the third-party programs can be infectious. If you do not want to see these suggestions to install programs no more, you should remove the Positive Ad virus from your computer. For that, you can use an anti-spyware software, for example, FortectIntego, but you can also uninstall this program manually. To learn how to do it, study the Positive Ad removal instructions that are provided on this report on Positive Ad virus.
Good luck!
