Hello. I have a computer that I don’t use that much. My kids use this computer to play online games. Recently I took this computer to create some ‘Word’ documents, and I needed to look up for some information online. I have noticed that the web search engine works very suspiciously. In fact, I’ve got shocked when I have noticed that the search engine causes redirects to casino websites that ask to pay money! Plus, I must mention that the computer was working quite slowly. the URL of homepage is Zingload.com. Is it infectious? What is the problem with my browser?

Thank you for sharing your concerns about Zingload.com search engine. We can only agree that it is probably the cause of the system slowdowns and other interferences that you have mentioned. Zingload.com browser hijacker is a potentially unwanted program (PUP), which can be installed on your computer without your knowledge.
What happens next is that it replaces browser's homepage to a rogue website that provides fake search service. Zingload.com PUP delivers sponsored search outcomes, which can cause Zingload.com redirects to numerous third-party web pages. Some of these can be dangerous, and security experts do not recommend visiting them. You can uninstall Zingload.com PUP manually (the guide is provided here).
However, based on the fact that your children are using the computer continuously, we strongly suggest checking the computer with an anti-spyware program to see if your children did not accidentally install any malicious applications on it. For that, we recommend using FortectIntego.
