Apparently, your PC system was compromised by a virus that belongs to ransomware category. This virus is dubbed MacAndChess ransomware. The ransomware is a copy of HiddenTear ransomware, and it uses AES encryption algorithm in the data encryption process. Once encrypted, files become useless - there is no way to open or edit them. The only ones who can restore your files are the developers of MacAndChess malware, and they are going to ask you to purchase the data decryption key for a certain sum of money. In other words, they ask victims to pay ransoms in exchange for a chance to use their own files again. We highly recommend you not to write to acandchessdecrypt@macr2.com because there's no guarantee that scammers will provide you with a decryption solution.
