Do not even consider paying the ransom! Developers of the Zorro ransomware use this virus as a blackmailing tool. Thus, it encrypts files on the affected computer and demands to pay the ransom. However, hackers might not provide you decryption software. Thus, you might lose not only your files but money as well. Nevertheless, Zorro removal won’t help to rescue your files; you have to delete the virus from the computer. Install reliable antivirus or anti-malware program and run a full system scan. If you cannot install or access security tools, please check the instructions how to reboot your PC to Safe Mode here. When you succeed in virus removal, you can restore your files from backups, o try additional recovery methods presented here.
