Description: This is a part of Motive Broadband Manager. This is a special software, used by some Internet service providers. Usually, this application gets installed along with other ISP software. ISPs, such as AT&T or Verizon use Motive Broadband Manager to gather information about clients Internet connection quality and provide advanced support. Although in some cases such software can be really useful, under some environments it does nothing, that would help a user. Process motivesb.exe runs automatically on Windows startup, stays in background and secretly connects to the Internet. It contacts ISP servers and sends some data there. As a result, motivesb.exe may decrease the performance of your computer and your Internet connection speed. It is recommended to uninstall Motive Broadband Manager and all its components from the system. However, contact your ISP to be sure that motivesb.exe and related running processes are not required by your Internet connection and ISP services.
