Description: File mwsoemon.exe is a part of WebSearch Toolbar adware, published by WebSearch company. Authors claim, that this is a legitimate application, so a user have to download and install it himself. However, some of its functions can violate user's privacy (such functions are listed in the user agreement). WebSearch Toolbar can block certain web pages, display commercial adverts, gather information about browsing habits and remove-redirect.html" class="term_link" title="spyware redirect">redirect a user to some predefined web sites. It is also known, that this adware can change search settings and update itself via the Internet. Mwsoemon is a so called e-mail component, which runs in background and adds some functionality to Microsoft Outlook Express mail client. Although WebSearch Toolbar isn't a malware, it is recommended to remove it from the system, unless you are using it frequently and like its features.
