I think the comments below are misleading. It&#039;s called the &quot;MobileOptionPack&quot; on my computer under the uninstall file in the registry. Also says &quot;QuietUninstallName&quot; and &quot;QuietDisplayName&quot; as &quot;Offline Browsing Pack&quot;. It says it also requires an IE System File. I believe it is somehow related to the LOP adware pack.

http://www.uninstall-i-lookup.com/lop-uninstall/lop-uninstall.html Also at the above link, it&#039;s about the adware thing listed as LOP and LOP Uninstall. One thing they didn&#039;t have on their website was another file it uses that I could not find anywhere mentioned by anyone on the web. It is prcachps.exe-quieT (the T was capitalized).
