I am a little confused about this one. Appears to be a legitimate file included with InstallShield (their website mentions it). Is the keylogger replacing the legit file with an evil one? Anyhow, I killed it (along with isprobe.tlb and objectps.dll...these were also under the InstallShield dir) with KazzaBeGone. May have went too far...got rid of all InstallShield files, directories, and registry entries but the only prog tied to it in the registry was PowerDVD 6.
