msblast.exe is the executable file and process of the Blaster Worm, which is probably the most widespread virus ever. Located in "C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32" on Windows NT/2000, and "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32" on Windows XP, if your computer is infected.
