sysupd.exe

The sysupd.exe file is installed and used by dialer Sysupd and GatorClone. This is a malware process and should be terminated after detection, as it tries to terminate your internet connection and then starts to call foreign and high-rate telephone numbers in order to skyrocket your telephone bills.

Sysupd.exe is also related to adware VirtuMundo and may be its parent process. Either way, immedaite process and file termination is highly recommended.
