Ace Club Casino Adware

My Guardian Anti-Spy program has identified this as adware. But when either of 2 steps are taken (i.e. removal or quarantine) to get rid of it, it keeps coming back every time...

Just ~how concerned~ should I be that this has taken up residence on my computer? I'm not being bombarded or over-run with pop-ups and pop-unders or anything like that, but nevertheless I'm not comfortable knowing it's lurking in my registry files - which is where it's located...

Boomerang Software's Guadian Anti-Spy catches it, but is (obviously) totally ineffective in getting rid of it, and Norton Internet Security (2006 and 2007 versions) don't catch (or recognize) it at all...

Is there any program out there that gets rid of it once and for all, to never return again in any way, shape or form?

I have both Spycatcher 2006 and Stopzilla 4.0 - would either of these programs being effective in getting rid of it, permanently?

Usually, SpyCatcher and Stopzilla are capable of stopping malware of such kind. However, there might some more parasites installed to your system, which your current security setup cannot find and remove.
