This is perhaps dumb question,but how can I recognize malicious process if I want to kill it?

Hi ESCORTER. Welcome to the 2-Spyware.com forums!

You must have deep knowledge of system internals and installed software in order to recognize a malicious process. But if you don't have much experience, then you may run in a great risk accidentally deleting safe, important files. It would be much easier for you to download the HijackThis program, run a scan and post your log here. I will check your log and tell you for sure, which files, processes or registry keys are malicious and should be removed.
