I deleted the items with Hijack This, booted into safe mode and deleted the files, but I still have the blinking icon in the lower right tool bar: "Critical System Errors!"  Thank you for any help, here is my log:

Please do this:

1. Use HijackThis to fix the following entries:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {ae18da4e-be15-4925-81bb-890c04af0200} - C:\Program Files\Gold Codec\isaddon.dll (file missing)
O21 - SSODL: emptins - {588599f4-de26-4c28-ba14-f4eb17e33481} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\xxfgmy.dll

2. Restart your system in Safe Mode.

3. Once in Safe Mode, use either Pocket KillBox or KillBox to delete the following file:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\xxfgmy.dll

4. Reboot your computer. Download the free version of SUPERAntiSpyware. Install the program, update its definitions and run a complete system scan. Remove all the threats the application will find.
