2 Viruses,(1).red icon-fake virus alert,(2).winwly32.dll

Hi Friends,

I have two viruses.

1.As soon as i start the system...in the system tray,there is a red icon with a white exclamatory mark saying that i have a virus and a pop up opens..after i close the pop up...and open my computer,the system hangs and i have to press ctrl-alt-del to get the system back in to operation.I have Norton Antivirus 2005 and its not detecting this virus....What should i do for this?

2.There is a file in C:\Windows\system32 called winwly32.dll....Norton Antivirus detected this saying that it's a virus named Trojan.nebuler.....Norton was not able to Quarantine/Fix/Delete the virus.

So Friends I really need ur guidance as to how i can remove these viruses before the system crashes...Please Help..waiting for your replies.....Thanks
