Hello, visitor!

The Hijack This log analyzer has analyzed your log. Please take a closer look on the results.

Your system seems to be infected with malicious parasites. Please follow the steps below in order to eliminate the infection and clean up your computer.

1.   Download the Pocket KillBox utility. You will need it later to delete parasite-related files and folders.
2. Use HijackThis to fix the following entries:

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Windows installer] C:\winstall.exe

3. The following entries are not malicious, but some of them are not used anymore. You may use HijackThis to fix a few of them. However, please keep in mind that some of the entries marked as Questionable or Not Needed are fully legitimate and might be required by installed software to work properly, while some others might be related to certain parasites. It is up to you to decide whether you need any of them, or not.

4. Now restart your system in Safe Mode. This step is very important!
5.   Use the Pocket KillBox utility to delete the following files:

C:\winstall.exe

The following files and Windows registry entries are marked as "unknown". Currently, the HijackThis Log Analyzer cannot provide required information on these items. The files and entries in the list below can be both malicious and fully legitimate. Because of this, please do not take any action! Wait for the forum responders or other forum users to provide you with necessary details and further instructions.

O23 - Service: Microsoft authenticate service (MsaSvc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\msasvc.exe

After going through all the steps, run another HijackThis scan and post a fresh log to the HijackThis analyzer. It is possible that some parasites your system was infected with were not removed completely and may restore themselves later.

I also would like to add that whenever the computer crashed, and when the blue screen appears, in the technical information part, it says

system32: lzx32.sys - Address F6D7C61D base at F6D7A000, DateStamp 458c3258

Hope this can help, thanks a lot for any help.

Hi Niku5himi.

You are infected with sophisticated rootkit-based malware - the Rustock trojan. You also have other parasites. Please follow these steps:

1. Download the Rustock removal tool and run it. You will be asked to reboot your computer.

2. Download Pocket KillBox or KillBox utility.

3. Use HijackThis to fix the following entries:
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = c:\secure32.html
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = c:\secure32.html
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = c:\secure32.html
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = c:\secure32.html
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = c:\secure32.html
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = c:\secure32.html
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {64AC5916-D02A-7BF7-9160-06CCFCD1636E} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\itbwqwf.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [System] C:\WINDOWS\system32\kernels1118.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [czpeexk.dll] C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe "C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\czpeexk.dll",rzqlgze
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AutoSys] C:\WINDOWS\system32\autosys.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Windows installer] C:\winstall.exe
O23 - Service: Microsoft authenticate service (MsaSvc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\msasvc.exe

4. Now restart your system in Safe Mode. This step is very important!

5. Once in Safe Mode, use either Pocket KillBox or KillBox to delete the following files:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\autosys.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\kernels1118.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\msasvc.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\itbwqwf.dll
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\czpeexk.dll
C:\winstall.exe

6. Reboot your computer. Download the trial version of AVG Anti-Spyware. Install the program, update its definitions and run a complete system scan.

7. After you get done, run new HijackThis scan and post a fresh log here. Also, post here contents of the log file generated by the Rustock removal tool - C:\rustbfix\pelog.txt.
