1. Open the Control Panel and launch the Add or Remove Programs tool. In the list of installed software find the LimeWire program and uninstall it. LimeWire is one of the largest sources of malware infections. Its latest versions do not contain spyware, however you can accidentally download lots of malware through it. Much more than from other file sharing networks.
