trojan win32

I have some trojan and winn 32 i have no idea what to do i installed spy sweep doctor and thought it could remove but when i logg on and click my internet explore button it gives me some e saftey page instead of my yahoo page which is in my options section for my home page .I cannot create a restore point either ,I found trojan horse and cookie whith the scan but when i logg back on after start up it does the same thing .it is frustrating ,i also think my tool bar is different with all this saftey stuff ....i need help .the geek squad said spy sweeper will not get rid of things ,i do not mind takin it to them bit if it is something i can fix on my own with a little help then thats great
