please help, im getting pop ups and instalations

my computer keeps getting worse and worse.
i get pop ups for drive cleaner, wincleaner, and things open up instalations that i must cancel. my computer is running slower also.
any one help?

Please do this:

1. Open the Control Panel and launch the Add or Remove Programs tool. In the list of installed software find Free Key Logger and uninstall it.

2. Delete the folder C:\Program Files\Free Key Logger.

3. Download the free version of SUPERAntiSpyware. Install the program, update its definitions and run a complete system scan.
