Your log looks clean to me. But just to be sure please download the free version of SUPERAntiSpyware and run a complete system scan.

P.S. Your system is not up-to-date! You have to install Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 and Service Pack 2 for Microsoft Windows XP. Also apply all latest updates and security fixes.
