can't remove a malicious process

I can't remove the malicious process "mssearchnet.exe" using either the Windows Task Manager or the "C" prompt. The process simply returns, but with a different PID number.

Help!

Hi, sws! Welcome to 2-Spyware.com forums!

You should reboot your computer into Safe Mode, delete all the registry entries related to mssearchnet.exe (they start the processes every time you kill it), then terminate the processes if it's running and then delete files that launch it. I guess you're trying to get rid of the SpyAxe trojan, aren't you?
