Might have a problem

Here is my hijackthis log. The thing is everything seems alright but windows explorer keeps not responding. This only happens when there are video files in the folder. If you know why else it would do this please tell me it would really help.

Your log is clean. I don't think it's a spyware problem.

I suggest using System Restore to restore your system to last known good configuration. You might also want to run Windows File Protection to search for damaged system files and replace them with good copies. Press Start and select the Run... option. Type in sfc and press enter. Please note that Windows XP installation disk is required.

sfc wont run even with windows installation disc in. Black box appears and disappears in an instant.
