Trojan SPM/LX

It seems a lot of people are having this problem.  While updating my ActiveX I must have gotten a virus.  Everytime I open my Internet Explorer it defaults to a virus protection page, and I am constantly getting system alert popups about Trojan-Spy.Win32@mx.

I ran HijackThis, and below are the results.  Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

1. Download Pocket KillBox or KillBox utility.

2. Use HijackThis to fix the following entries:

3. Now restart your system in Safe Mode. This step is very important!

4. Once in Safe Mode, use either Pocket KillBox or KillBox to delete the following files:
