CMDService will not delete.

I run Spybot S&D and it can't get rid of CMDService in my registry. I also think it's killing my internet connection. I have to uninstall and reinstall my wireless card (and the software it came with(wireless utillity)) just to get it up on the web again. Here's my HJT log.

2. Use HijackThis to fix the following entries:

3. Now restart your system in Safe Mode. This step is very important!

4. Once in Safe Mode, use either Pocket KillBox or KillBox to delete the following file:

Also, delete the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Ipwindows

5. Reboot your computer. Download the free version of SUPERAntiSpyware. Install the program, update its definitions and run a complete system scan.

SuperAntiSpyware found a whole mess of bugs that all my other antispyware programs missed   but, the sad thing is that my wireless card still cuts out on me. Hopefully we've narrowed it down. Here's my Logfile. Thanks again.
