SpyAxe impossible to remove?

I have tried absolutley everything to get rid of this horrible program, but nothing works.  We have SpySweeper and it did locate SpyAxe and quarantine it.  We deleted it from quarantine, but the next time we booted up our computer, SpyAxe was back...seems SpySweeper doesn't get rid of the program?!  I tried to manually uninstall, but that didn't work either.  Every time I reboot my PC it seems to re-install itself.  It's driving me nuts and now I even have some popups that come onto my desktop that are completely inappropriate...

Does this mean I will have to wipe my hard drive just to rid myself of SpyAxe?

at least for me spywaredoctor removed spyaxe without comming back. Maybe this parasite mutates?

Some anti-spyware programs may fail removing the SpyAxe trojan while Windows is running in normal mode. To get rid of this parasite you have to:

1. Reboot your computer into Safe Mode. This step is very important!
2. Re-run full system scan with Spy Sweeper or Spyware Doctor.
3. Remove all the malicious items a spyware remover will find.
4. Use SpyAxe manual removal instructions to make sure that no SpyAxe-related objects left in the system.
