A lot of you have noticed that no-one was replying to your posts on this forum all last month (from April 01 till May 01). I want to explain this situation.

I have been on my vacation all April. Unfortunately, no-one from 2-Spyware.com staff could replace me. Other people working here are mostly programmers, they don't have necessary knowledge and skills to reply to forum posts, etc.

Although it's not my fault, rather site management's one, I still want to apologise. I'm back to work and will try to help all of you. However, you have to understand that currently 2-Spyware.com forums depend on me only, so there might be delays in replying to posts.

today I had a visit from SecurityTool that did all sorts of wierd and perculiar things to my PC including disappearing my desktop and not being able to use my restore button. The only way round it was to purchase the damn thing.

Can you tell me? Now that I have bought it online is there any likelyhood of them emptying my bank account.

Hello Jerry,

Contact your credit card company immediately, tell them what happened and dispute the charges. Your credit card information can be used again, so I think you should cancel the credit card. And of course, you shouldn't have bought Security Tool in the first place. You could ask for help here. If you have more questions, don't hesitate and ask. Good luck!
