Hi xaznxremnantx. Welcome to the 2-Spyware.com forums!

Please follow these steps:

1. Download Pocket KillBox or KillBox utility.

2. Download the SmitFraudFix tool.

3. Use HijackThis to fix the following entry:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
R3 - URLSearchHook: Yahoo! Toolbar - {EF99BD32-C1FB-11D2-892F-0090271D4F88} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: {49E0E0F0-5C30-11D4-945D-000000000000} - {49E0E0F0-5C30-11D4-945D-000000000000} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\lnkchg.dll
O2 - BHO: ngsw40.clsIS - {94A6E167-AE9F-4040-8E01-DE9C182EEADB} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ngsw40.dll
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {F35CE83E-9EBF-40d5-AE87-53F982389740} - (no file)
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {DF4E7A0C-E233-4906-B4C1-A404356541FF} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [sms_msn_sw40] C:\WINDOWS\system32\sms_msn_sw40.exe
O20 - AppInit_DLLs: secuload.dll
O20 - Winlogon Notify: winydp32 - winydp32.dll (file missing)
O23 - Service: cmonsvc32 - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\cmonsvc32.exe

4. Now restart your system in Safe Mode. This step is very important!

5. Once in Safe Mode, use either Pocket KillBox or KillBox to delete the following files:
C:\WINDOWS\cmonsvc32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\grdmgr.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\sms_msn_sw40.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\lnkchg.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ngsw40.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\secuload.dll

6. Then run the SmitFraudFix scan. Tool's guide can be found on the official web site.

7. Reboot your computer. Download the free version of SUPERAntiSpyware. Install the program, update its definitions and run a complete system scan.

8. After you get done, run new HijackThis scan and post a fresh log here.

I had first regedit my registry and deleted all entries with a 'find' on 'spycrush'.
These are the different entries I found. First I exported then deleted them.

spycrush reg.reg"
spycrush value reg .reg"
spycrush value reg 2 .reg"
spycrush.reg"
spycrush value.reg"
spycrush reg.reg"
spycrush value reg .reg"
"000"="spycrush"

Then in the folder.
C:\Documents and Settings\"username"
Look for "x.exe"
delete this and a 'x.txt'
I also deleted in program files a folder 'visualroute'
I restarted my machine and the nasty spyware message and icon was out of my system trays.
How I got onto the 'x.exe' was I knew what day I started getting the false spyware alerts and wasbeing sent to the spycrush web site. I did a search for new files on that day and found the 'visualroute' and 'x.exe' and x.txt created on that day.

best of luck
